LIVERMORE FALLS — Hillside Sports Club of Jay is sponsoring their annual Pumpkin Walk, 5-9 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 4, from the AYS building (the former Livermore Falls High School).

The Club has sponsored the family friendly event for the past six years. Participants are encouraged to dress in costume for the walk.

Pumpkin carving will take place at the AYS building from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Pumpkins will be provided.

Refreshments will be served free of charge but donations will be greatly appreciated.

Hillside Sports Club is petitioning everybody in the community to aid in making this an ongoing community event. Scout troops, school classes, athletic teams, families and individuals are invited to participate.

Hillside Sports is looking for people to donate pumpkins to carve s well as decorations, blow-ups, and hay bales that can be returned to the donors afterwards.
