Mike Palmer bags big deer

JAY-LIVERMORE FALLS — The second and third week of hunting season saw several hunters bag their deer.

Rob Taylor got a 123.8 pound, 4 point buck, and Leo Hemminger got a 53.6 pound doe. Alfred Richards got a 136.4 pound 3 point buck while Arnold Richards downed a 125.2 pound 2 point buck.

Jamin Pullin got a 56.2 pound, 0 point button buck. Delance White brought in a 101.8 pound buck and Robert Boulay Jr. got a 106.6 pound 2 point buck.

Rich Newcomb dropped a 119 pound 2 point buck and Mike Palmer dropped the buck of the week bringing in a 212.6 pound 7 point buck.

Dan Sargent, back in archery season, got a big 196 pound 10 point buck.

Congratulations to all members who bagged their deer.

Reminder this is the last week of firearms season which ends on Saturday, then muzzle loading will start for two weeks.
